    I told him that he can buy one of many cheap USB to SPDIF converters on the market, but he is insisting that because the DAC’s USB input doesn’t work with his computer, that means the DAC is broken. He also claims to be a “computer tech,” yet one who apparently doesn’t understand how drivers work. Sigh.
