Zero for me, tried adapters and new sockets.

In my case I'm getting more noise on the new adapter and what initially sounds like some loss of detail / haze. I took it apart and the soldering are clean, nothing shorts out per DMM, etc. This is my first foray into adapters though so...

Clean the contacts with alcohol or deoxit.

Clean with alcohol followed by deoxit for both tube (again) and adapter. Unfortunately nothing changed. Looks like I need to try a different adapter.

Just removed the savers from my power tubes, and I swear the Noise floor just dropped 6db. Granted they are cheap savers.

I tried one other one that as far as I can tell didn't introduce noise or haze originally from @m17xr2b. But yes, the 2nd one I'm trying now introduces a fair amount of noise. I didn't think adding a few small wires between the pins of a tube and the socket would introduce as much noise as it did.

Noise in adaptors is a new one for me, two causes I can think of for just general noise in an input:
-dirty pins on tubes or adaptor
-cold solder in one of the wires
