I can’t imagine anything sold from them having much for cosmetic issues (Jason wouldn’t likely want to sell it) but expect some minor things at the most. Probably no worse than something you’d buy in used condition rated as “excellent” or “very good” (but with a warranty in this case).

I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's not like you're going to lose much value if you decide to sell it down the road either.
