Uh you might want something a bit less rigid and maybe with a bit more girth but you do you, man :P

On a more serious note if this is about how easily the damn thing cams out then yes.

Also the Robertson (guaranteed to always be carrying the wrong size). What the hell is wrong with a blade?

Which btw is the cure for a munted Phillips: if there's enough room to get a hacksaw or coping-saw blade onto the screw head (break it shorter if you have to), cut a slot across it.

I wish the Robertson was widely adopted.

I used to think philips was great but after stripping a bazillion screws I'm starting to appreciate flathead a bit more.

I use hexhead for projects whenever I can

I only buy torx screws now. Slot is fine for low-speed stuff but try using a slot on a drill and you'll wish it was a philips.

Torx or Robertson. Although for small stuff that is not high torque, like and M2 or smaller, Phillips is fine.

Don't you people there have pozidrive? Like Philips but more.

@Thad E Ginathom we do, I have several bits, but they aren't as common as Philips or torx. Torx is my go-to.

I presumed we were talking hand tools. If it's big and indelicate enough to be used with a drill, IME if a drill won't move it then slotting it is all you've got left.
