Is this the guy who wrote the expensive, multi-volume book on science in cookery? I've only read /about/ it. Sounds much tastier than Amir.
@Thad E Ginathom - yeah, at least he knows how to cook. But he also has trash opinions like Texas BBQ and NY pizza aren't all that great
