My best friend and life's companion developed a serious intestinal infection. Debilitated, on bed rest, extremely restricted diet and antibiotics for several weeks. I've been running a solo act caring for her, maintaining the household and kitties, along with a new corporate project challenge. So I've kept a low profile. The situation is improving. Hope to be close to a normal schedule in a week or so.

Hoping for a quick recovery and best of health to your wife Bob. Take care of yourself as well, stress is a killer.

I hope she stabilizes and recovers swiftly and fully. And I hope that corporate project understands it may need to give up bandwidth for the present.

Thank you for the well wishes. She is improving to the point of insisting on resuming some household tasks and looking after our grand children twice weekly. Still a ways to go to avoid need for a surgical solution. Corporate offered several paid weeks off and at least one a month for the rest of the year.
