    I'm about ready to completely disconnect USPS anywhere I have an option to; especially these SmartPost and SurePost gigs. Packages just fall into USPS depots and disappear off the radar for a week-plus.

    very typical of smartpost (and UPS surepost). I've had FedEx/UPS go past my city multiple times before it makes it to USPS... who then sits on it for a few days because I'm guessing they view these combined delivery services as low priority.

    I avoid those services like the plague

    I've had terrible experience with FedEx lately. Two consecutive packages were each around a week late. They told me they're understaffed at the moment.
