Sounds like you need to admit something @tommytakis to SBAF then. Cheese makes meat doesn't taste like anything.
High fat meat that is. Low fat grass fed beaf will retain its beafyness and will punch you through the buns no matter what toppings you use. That's why I like my burgers 10/90 fat-meat ratio.
Thanks, but my burgers are the rarest: in that I almost never eat them! Seriously, though, I don't do "very rare:" I like my cooked animal looking like it never had any blood.
