The Sugden A21SE I bought was listed as 9/excellent condition and seller literally wrote in description that it had no scratches. Received and there are half a dozen major/minor scratches on it, including major noticeable ones on the top panel. Dude sent angry response when I brought it up saying he graded appropriately and all those are "close inspection issues" and now is ghosting me.

No scratches unless you look at the unit! No refunds

@Merrick lol right? I was dumbfounded, all I was hoping is he would kick back a few bucks my way or something or at least apologize. Anyone have experience with negative feedback on Canuck/USAM? Wont he just hit me back with negative feedback as well, or do the mods over there do something to help with that?

Some people are just born dicks. I once got neg feedback on ebay after a guy kept low balling me on another site. When I listed the item on ebay and he won the auction at a higher price than his lowball offers, he left neg feedback saying I was hard to deal with even though that was on another forum.
