@fraggler - nothing specific to the recent announcement. Just I’ll often see some post that’ll say something like “I’m trying to run XXX game on my Mac, how do I boost fps?” And some dumbass always answers “don’t buy Mac”

The OP obviously doesn’t want to buy a whole other computer just for gaming. They just want to play games sometimes on their work computer

Reddit is anti-everything. They just like to swim against the tide because it's easy to criticize.

Possibly a hot take but I view Reddit as a stellar example of why democracy sucks, not to mention seeing how easily manipulated people can be by having their biases and preconceptions played to. No I don't have a suggestion as to a better system of rule but I firmly maintain that modern democracy where equal deference is given to the opinions of even the least qualified disgusts me.

(I'm in full-on curmudgeon mode because presidential elections on my end are ramping up).
