Sorry to hear about your dad :( Cases are really low here, even in my city Wellington. I haven't yet caught it and hope not to!

@ColdsnapBry good to hear it's declined - when I was in Wgtn March-April it was crazy and many people I know caught it (including my father in the rest home, although he was almost symptom-free and his +ve test surprised everyone). It'd be annoying to have avoided it for 2 years over here only to catch it in what used to be one of the safest places on the planet.

@Biodegraded Yea March-Apr was when everyone was getting it. Crazy how fast it still spreads as Wellington has a well abve 80% vaccination rate and we all were wearing masks. I still wear my medical mask everywhere I go and most people are.
