not sure how people manage with the 48" though, I have a very large desk and was barely able to get the 42" far enough away on my arm to be comfortable viewing

I had an old 37 that I used for 1y as a PC screen. I miss that size in 16:9 but I am used to 1440p now.

@SoupRKnowva if you go 48, you basically wall mount or bust.

I would love to wall mount, but I have a sit/stand desk. someone needs to make a wall mount that is on a track that can sync with ur desk going up and down, I would love that, added bonus of the monitor never moving from you doing things on the desk

I started playing Prodeus though, what a killer boomer shooter. Its basically Doom 2016 but with chunky graphics. Ost is even great, though not Mick Gordon tier

That's an interesting idea. Basically do a motorized wall mount on a rail. Probably a market for it.
