Steam is the most popular digital store for Win/Mac/Linux video games. When they have a huge sale it's hard not to spend hundreds of dollars to get thousands of games, most of which you'll never have time to play.
Recently got back into visual novels. Grisaia was fun after a toughs day of work and Umineko is a personal favourite game of all time that I still think about. Think many are on sale.
guys, you dont actually have to take every opportunity to soap box about consumerism, some times you just want to pick up some games for cheap. I would encourage people to only get things they know they will play in the next 3-6 months, as any longer and it might be even cheaper at the next sale, specially if its a newer AAA release.
Omori is a very good (RPG Maker) game if you can handle the turn-based gameplay and the occasional tonal shifts from cutesy wholesome stuff to psychological horror and depression. Takes about 20-30 hours and quite a bit of crying to finish.
@E_Schaaf I dunno if you've checked it out, but I would highly recommend Prodeus, its more Doom 2016 than Doom Eternal(which is what I hear Ultrakill is more like), but its incredible nonetheless.
Buying some of the old Final Fantasy games. Picked up the VII remake recently and it has reignited my love for the series. Easily best game I have played in some time. Now gonna go back and play the ones I missed.
