... to provide information and clarification regarding DEA’s use of guidance documents. Specifically, this guidance will provide information regarding why DEA is utilizing guidance documents, where to find DEA’s guidance documents, and the status of certain policy directives or regulatory interpretations issued by DEA prior to the establishment of its Guidance Document Portal."

Ah yes, the Federal Dept of Redundancy Dept. I occasionally have to file redacted black bar docs with the only non-redacted portion of each page being the word “Redacted”.

Per Boeing, the EASA definition for a Major Repair on aircraft is "All other repairs that are not minor".

A Minor Repair is "... any repair, other than a major repair".

It seems the airline industry and the DEA are on the same page.

Reminded me of a law Iowa had starting in the 80s. Even though Marijuana is illegal, you had to purchase a tax stamp for the illegal marijuana. Otherwise if you got busted for possession, youd also get busted for not having the tax stamp. I think they got rid of the law a while ago but not sure.

Iirc, the first federal statute dealing with mj was called the Marijuana Tax Act (1927?), so Iowa was just following suit. Ofc, at the time the Federal Courts still pretended the 9th and 10th Amendments hadn't been repealed. Oh wait, they havent?
