Strange since it was with UPS and security cam didn't see any UPS truck. Had a FedEx package delivered 20 mins earlier that was at my doorstep. Would guess if it was a porch pirate they would have taken both packages

oh, surprising that no adult signature clause was put for such high value item. I guess its small mistake in system and they will deliver it today. But best is to reach out to UPS ASAP so that they can do course correction.

Called the customer support, was weird where they said it was signed by me but left at more doorstep. One theory was UPS driver signed for it early so he could make deadline of delivering before noon.

Talked to UPS driver, looks like he did really deliver and knew about the other package plus that the other package we a FedEx Overnight. So looks like my laptop was indeed stolen. That sucks.

So he did deliver but without signature? Oh man

Or was it like someone was aware that you have ordered laptop and was waiting outside your door to sign it off and take it.

Looks like Apple didn't have a signature requirement as far as I can tell. Dropped it off and then dipped. Didn't let anyone else know about it.

No signature requirement for such a high value item is ridic.

Apple takes care of its customer. I hope they send new one to you asap or better collect it from their store.

Well good news, neighbor a block over ran my doorbell at 10pm, seems like it might have been misdelivered. But seems like everything is all good now and the mystery has been solved
