These seem to be exactly the sort of speaker @purr1n described to me as being the perfect speaker for me at the Texas meet, and the reviews for the s7t are very enthusiastic
I did (around early summer). Paired with Rel subwoofers and driven by dual benchmarks. Placed in a bit dry listening room (lots of absorption). Analytic, neutral, and having pretty wide sweet spot. Great separation and layering. Really kind of sound I am looking after.
To me they're not particularly more dynamic than vintage jbl (4340) or modern jbl (dd66000) I heard long ago. Pretty satisfying tho. Btw is there any perlisten dealer in your area. In tx I've never seen either owners or dealers.
Their website doesn’t even list dealers, just distributors. Googling didn’t turn anything up in Texas. There was a dude selling a pair in Austin a month ago actually on USAM, I sent him a message haha
I heard their room at the last Axpona. I thought they were solid. A smooth, hi-fi sort of listen, somewhat put me in mind of an audition of Magico S3. Seem like a good value in that sphere. Dynamics not a standout for me. I connected more with Volti's room.
