There seem to be sites that have very similar names but are fake websites/scams. Does anyone happen to know which are the legit web addresses for these websites? thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer!

Shippo and Pirate Ship are the two I know of. If the price seems high on one I check the other, if it seems high on both I’ll go directly to USPS/UPS to check their rates.

I've had good luck with pirateship this past month. Great customer support as well.

I use shipstation and you can login and pay via your paypal account.

netparcel: https://www.paypal.com/ca/business/shipping/net-parcel. Make sure you login with paypal for rates that are better than what netparcel offers via their own portal: https://pp.netparcel.com. Canada Post and Purolator available thru them as well. IIRC paypal by default charges your balance first when paying for labels which is a bit of an annoyance though I believe you can change that.
