Either that or my head has somehow twisted into an odd shape since I bought them. Either way, bummer.

One of my ears is a little more forward on the side of my head. No one has ever noticed it by looking at me. So I *carefully* bend my headbands to fit my head whenever possible. It's not as if they can't be bent back.

Here's what I suggest: Remove the headband pad. Extend the cups fully. Put the headband on your head like that in front of a mirror. Nudge the cups, a little at a time, to where you want them. That could tell you what's bent out of shape. And you might be able to fix it. If you can fix it that way, I don't think you'll have to do a lot of hard adjusting once you put the headpad pad back on. Hope it works out!
