    Part of the reason I got a JAR660 was to have a full size headphone that could play well with DAPs. I currently have an iBasso DX320 in the house which in theory has enough power for a 650 but I’m skeptical…

    I’ve never heard a portable device that could do the 650 justice, personally. I will be testing this soon. Sounds absolutely amazing with JAR660 though.

    @Merrick Even with external amp? I can think of a couple that have been impressive, but one device to rule them does seem to elusive. So often the daps line out is better than their integrated amp. I won't by a DX320 but looking forward to impressions!

    HD650 is a congested sounding, but JAR660 is a bit mind-bending. Yes, it's a pricey-ish DAP, but to go from Solaris to JAR660 by just switching gain, and be compltely content, if not quite enthralled, is something extraordinary.
