Which IEMs are you going for?

Chopped it up with him for an hour. Found out he lives walking distance from me and has put some serious work into a vinyl rig. I'm gonna head over there to hear it sometime soon.

Haven't decided, @Merrick . Round two with the Andro was good, but there's aspects of their sound that keep them from being "the one."

The vinyl & speaker heads here would know about these, perhaps..

Keep us updated. I'm thinking about the UE4. I know it's not TOTL. Ever had those?

UE4 is awesome. It's my favourite monitor <$750. It's a mini UERM. Less resolving but more forgiving.

Yep, UE4 is on my short list.. as is the UERR, JH13v2. Jomo Audio's neutral offerings are intriguing, as well. Wish that Hidition was easier to deal with for stateside folks.. and that they had something (new) sub-$800 that caught my fancy.

I highly recommend UE4, especially for the price. Jomo 6R looks good, but expensive. UERR is music with the life taken out of it... It's like drinking soylent.
