Blue Jeans Cable? They have never made a mistake that I've heard of and I'm sure they'll gladly replace your order. They have solid customer service when I've needed it. Shithead is a little strong.

I ordered 3 sets of cables:for hd800, elear and an xlr 4pin female to 6.35 jack of 30 cm. After throroughly explaining via email, i paid via PP w/o checking. Received a 10 foot female xlr to 6.35 jack... and that's all! When tried to ask if they even read my order, the BJC CS shithead was just replying w/o any apologies that I should have checked.

You tried to order cables for HD800 and Elear from Blue Jeans Cable? They don't do specialized headphone cables so there is your problem right there. Those require specialized connectors and that's why people build their own or pay a specialist. Nothing on their site would imply they have the necessary connectors for that. I agree they could have said so ("We don't do that").

It sounds like they did screw up on your other cable.
I suppose in the future don't PayPal before a vendor confirms they can fulfill the order you requested.
Sorry you had a bad experience, but headphone audio is its own thing and BJC deals with more standardized cabling. Use of 4 and 5-pin XLR is not terribly common and the pin configurations aren't very standardized.
