Buying a 38" ultrawide 3840x1600 monitor on Craigslist for $400. Crazy deal. I'll have to see if I like it better than my triple 1080p set

That's a smoking deal. I'm drooling over the Dell 49" (I'm in the productivity/business camp, not gaming). 5160x1440. But I;m not sure if the Samsung 49" at 3840x1080 wouldn't be better with no scaling. My eyes ain't what they used to be...

For a recording studio estate it seems to be devoid of mics, preamps and outboards.

Nothing good there, at least for any good prices.
They had some cool 18" Fostex woofers, was thinking that would be cool in my car, but specs said a vas of 20 cubic feet.

I miss seeing these around. When your 25 year rule allowed them in, the whole bottom end of the Australian market on GTRs and Supras went to shit. Now MKIV Supras are almost $20,000 minimum. The R32s cost a deposit on a house. FDs split the difference.

@SoupRKnowva if it’s a good one it will undervolt like a champ or oc pretty high. Mine does 2100 on air and undervolts to 980mv stock. At this point it is very efficient and quiet. Also the 16gb vram means it will last longer than the 5700 cards, new consoles mean newer games will probably not be too happy with 8gb sooner rather than later. I’d keep it it’s a good deal.

@zerodeefex We always have bears wandering around my neighborhood. Dunno how many times I've caught one on my front security cam. Oh, and mountain lions too. And way too many deer. The deer are probably the most dangerous of them all, seeing as they jump out in front of cars.
