Actually, how ok is Fulla?

One of my neighbors suddenly told me he got a pair of k701, but sounds **** with his PC (maybe cos they're made of China). He asked me if there are any ok solutions, and I said, maybe Fulla? (Never heard one, just guess). And I told him to wait, I will ask my beloved SBAF friends about Fulla...

 

its 79 bux, its pretty okay, nothing special

 

Depending on the onboard audio your friend has, it could be an upgrade. For me, I honestly don't find it much better than the headphone output from my laptop (Asus UX31A). More detail and transparency.. and volume if you need it.. probably worth the $79, but I definitely could have lived without it. I don't do much serious listening on the go anyway. If he has a desktop setup, the upgrade to a Modi 2/Vali is much more significant and probably more worth his while.

For the Fulla it would be the VSonic GR01 or a heavily modified Sony MDR-V6. Didn't try my desktop cans on it.
