AMB gamma1.5 USB DAC/amp

This project crept up on me. I didn't realize Ti had finalized it and there hasn't been much talk since the DIY scene has died down of late. Coming from gamma2 DAC (which is highly regarded by many folks) I see a lot of potential:

• zeta1 USB interface. A lot of us felt that the adaptive USB was a major bottleneck for the gamma2's sonics. Practically, new interface is async and does higher sample rates
• Wolfson D/A. This chip holds up upon revisit. Not surprised to see 4-5 figure audiophile DACs use it.
• Output stage. OPA1612 is a great sounding, nuf said. DC coupled this time with no 'lytics.
  
• Physical potentiometer. Could never stand digitally controlled volume.

So no, I don't actually have one to sell as of now, but I'm going to put in a Digikey order and I figure some other folks could piggy back on it. I'm mainly looking to subsidize the cost for my own gamma1.5 so I think that's fair. I hate to feel like I'm undercutting established builders but all is fair and all that. And yes, I do plan on sending it to Marv to be a part of the DAC/amp shootout.
