    I might be wrong but aren't trademarks used to prevent the public from being confused. I don't see how NOTcanjam would confuse. It says right there this is not canjam.

    Then again people with money can/will sue. Right or wrong it costs money to defend yourself from lawsuits. Even if you win you'll loose time much money.
