Clean out: Utopia, Elite, Hedd, Chord 2go

Well, I’ve managed to over-extend a bit, so need to sell some items which aren’t getting much (any) use. I’m a pretty thrifty shopper, so will pass discounts down. Prices are ‘your price’, I absorb PayPal fees and shipping to US customers.

All of these items have no sound issues whatsoever. Condition is listed for each item.

Utopia out of warranty, purchased new early 2017. Original pads & some Elex pads. Utopia pads aren’t very worn, no goop. Includes original packaging, stock cable, LQI Cables 2.5mm short (4 ft) balanced copper cable, plus adapters so you can use 4-pin mini XLR cables. Never any issues with these cans, and relatively low hours. Honestly they haven’t been my favorites— mostly used for referency comparisons. (If only I could recoup some of the money I spent on different electronics, cables, tubes & pads trying to get these to where I loved them.) Condition 8/10. Asking $1650 -- pending -- paid — shipped

Meze Elite — 2nd owner, condition 9/10. Includes stock ‘briefcase’ and packaging, stock cable and a 4ft 2.5mm silver 4-pin XLR balanced cable. I actually like these, way better than Empyrean. But my ears prefer Atrium, and I can’t afford to keep both. $2800 — pending over on hf — paid

I realize these may not be ‘favorites’ here. But it’s your fault I’m in this situation since you keep sending me demos which lead to purchases

Actually, I figured I’d offer here first, then move whatever’s left to a Head-fi listing. I think all these prices are below ‘current’ prices on HifiShark.

As I told the buyer, taking 5 years rental @ about $150/yr off my purchase price got me here. Plus, I've seen a few advertised for $1800, so this didn't seem way off. Plus, out of warranty, so ...
