CraniaLab Headphone Workshop

Hello! Med Dyer from CraniaLab here. I'm and acoustics engineer and have been part of a few different audio companies over the years, including Ultimate Ears. I have a new project now and we launched it today on Kickstarter. It's called CraniaLab and it is an app that provides for acoustic testing of headphones and IEMS (plus testing of cables and amps). Testing is just the start though, as CraniaLab lets you create a virtual lounge with your own headphone collection displayed, including the retail packaging in 3D, the test data and your listening notes. Users can visit your space via a link -- no app needed. It's a really fun app that is by far the easiest way to both collect and share test data. There are a bunch of extra features too, like counterfeit detection and programmable burn-in with logging. Although we are using Kickstarter to launch, this app is completely done, and it uses the excellent miniDSP EARS fixture for testing, which is also already complete.
