Dangerous Music Convert-2 DAC and Balanced Output xformer

Two items listed here for sale, and I did use them both together as my preamp at the time did not have a balanced input option.

If you're reading this, chances are decent you know about the Convert-2 DAC. To me, this is the *perfect* DAC for rock, metal, classic rock and, to my ears, jazz. It has just the right amount of forward grit, with unflinching clarity and dynamics, to make it extremely exciting to listen to. But in my two years of owning it, not once did I experience fatigue or grow tired of it's presentation. Its reputation is well-earned and it is a special piece of gear for the system that can accommodate it.

SOLD for the Convert-2. Original packaging and manual are included. This price is only for SBAF members. I have it listed on Hoffman for more and USAM for way more. But if anyone here can use this, I'd love for you to experience it for what I paid.








I also have a 1:1 balanced transformer available for sale. This was a custom built DM2-2XR. It did a fantastic job converting the balanced output of both my former DAC and the Convert-2 to single-ended RCA for preamps that could not accommodate balanced inputs.
