    For Yggdrasil/Studio owners out there with the crackling issue when using balanced interconnects, has anyone tried using these attenuators instead of attenuating volume in the digital domain (which isn't possible for vinyl users)?

    Apparently @Hands used these with the Holo, whose balanced outs are 5V RMS and too hot for his amps. He seemed pretty happy with them. Until recently this wasn't an issue for me as the OOYH software I use with headphones digitally attenuates volume by default, but with my recent purchase of speakers, turning off the OOYH brought the crackling noise back. Right now I set my Audirvana to -10 dB dithering, but I have a feeling that attenuating in the analog domain will produce a more hi-fi sound. Hmm.

    I got tracking info for the studio,should get it wed.

    I waited 3 years for my singlepower ES1 to be built, I have a lot of patience. Also having a lot of other gear on hand Helps;)
