    quick question. There is a 1/4" adapter in the box presumably to change the output impedance of an amp. Can @Marvey or someone else let me know how this will affect out put impedance. Currently running this with stock cable on my Liquid Carbon but am curious as to included adapter.

    You mean the one with the tumorous capacitors in the middle? I think that's basically a hardware EQ--an attempt at evening out the response--though someone that's been following the Elear & Utopia thread more closely would know for sure. @Marvey?

    I was wondering what becomes of this gear once the tour is over. Is it sold off to fund that next headphone for touring? Just curious. Who knows, I might need to find a used Elear after my turn comes around. :rolleyes:
