Yup. The fe103en only calls for 5 to 15W into 8ohm. Jotunheim is already pushing 7.5W into 16 ohm. So long as it maintains a stable profile into 8 ohms (no reason to suspect it can't given performance of both Mjolnirs) there should be sufficient power.

Tried neither, but as Marvey suggested, I'd put my money on the Fonken. It is a better design. The Madisound box is a BLH marketing gimmick.

They claim 7.5W into 16 ohms. Makes me wish I bought those 16 ohm Fostex SOL drivers. Assuming 16 ohms gives the maximum current available then you are looking at ~4 watts into 8 ohms. This is probably a conservative estimate. For a full range driver like the Fostex it's probably enough.

Don't know if the rear preouts are just the re-routed output, but if that's the case you can use this.

Reading Schiit's website it looks like the 3 pin XLR's are pre-amp. Would need to modify 4 Pin XLR cable and use front jack. I am seriously considering this as a all in one desktop setup and selling a ton of my stuff.
