How did it compare to the Cardas Cross?

 

let me sell it first and then i will tell you

just kidding. the Cardas cable has a nostalgic sound for me. I use my HD600 now to listen primarily to alternative music of the 90s and early 2000s. the Cardas cable goes well, adding a bit of sweetness and body.

the Gotham wire is leaner, meaner. treble definition is substantially better than the Cardas, and the sound opens up in a bright manner, with sharper transients. my system already leans towards bright, I chose to continue to use the Cardas.

 

This might be good on 650 then to spark it up a bit ? I found a silver plated cable to have the same effect as you describe k4rstar. If you were closer I'd grab this from you, have 4 pairs of senns now, need mucho cables.
