Up for sale is a Schiit Vidar and Saga. I'm the original owner of both. I sold these to @zonto, but he returned them for two reasons: (1) Binding posts were loose on Vidar. Fault Confirmed. I tightened the binding posts. (2) @zonto's old, finicky, and fancy speakers cables instantly put the Vidar into protection mode. Zonto did not try other speaker cables. No fault found. This has worked with all speaker cables I have thrown at it since. Zonto claims that this Vidar was manufactured in a small date range that @schiit recalled the due to this. I cannot confirm this either.

These have seen very light use and are cosmetically in great condition. I can get pics at request.

SOLD: Saga: 200 USD shipped w/ fees included (ships from CT)
Vidar: 450-470 USD shipped w/ fees included (ships from CT, price pending quote)

The speaker cables that made this Vidar throw up were Cardas Golden Reference, 2.5 meter length, terminated with bananas. My opinion is that this Vidar may have a similar "issue" to this one: https://www.superbestaudiofriends.o...iew-check-first-post.4730/page-15#post-160633.

It was mulling over my frustration from this experience that finally caused me to later get rid of my old, finicky and fancy cables and replace with Mogami interconnects and speaker cables. Apologies (again) for the inconvenience and thanks (again) for the flexibility. I would not let my experience (with speaker cables I'm sure no one else is using no less) sour any interested buyers, and confirming the great cosmetic condition. I'm still bummed I didn't get to hear it.

I use one for my woofers in my main system and the other powers the Philharmonic BMR fronts in my theater.
