First of all, thanks rhythmdevils to send me these for free and after used these adapters to mod my grado sr80e, I found it's very good headphone, especially for to vocal and mid-high frequency, also it's very comfort.

After installed the adapter, I put some blu-tack to seal the gap and fixed the position of the adapter. The earpad is brainwaz hybrid one,

    Impressions,
    1. More comfortable than original grado pad, you can adjust the pad to fit your ear.
    2. Low frequency is better since the seal is better
    3. Less brighter than grado pad, for my taste, this is better
    4. Sound stage seems a hair wider

Overall, I don't see any defects, maybe it doesn't keep grado sound signature, to me, it's a good mod and this is my daily headphone now.

    Cost:
    1. zmf adapter - $5 (I got then free from rhythmdevils)
    2. pad - $20 ~ $25 (I bought used from amazon for $18)
    3. blu-tack - $2
