Hifiman Amplifiers

Has anyone had experience with a few of them? Care to do a little summary/comparison with them and other amplifiers?

I am specifically interested in what people think of the EF-5 and EF-6. Thanks.

 

wow really? i know this is old but i have a ef-5 that drives my he-4 for many years to a heavenly sound.
i was thinking of going with the ef-6 for more power but i just love the sound of my amp.

 

ive been disappointed in every chi-fi man product ive owned. Not so much sound, but the build quality and materials used are atroshishly bad for the cost

 

Agreed, I remember getting the HM901 when it first came out, and when I took it out it felt so flimsy I thought I was gonna fall apart lol. Ever since then I've avoided all chi-fi.

 

EF6 is a piece of crap. You'd have to pay me to own one and I'd still not want it.
