    Sorry, just noticing this now.

    I do both, I have things organized (loosely) by genres such as:

    Music/Genre/Artist - Album where a single genre folder typically will hold loosely related genres (funk, soul, rnb is one, for example).

    Most of the time (90% at least), I scroll and right click-->add to playlist whole albums.
