    Last word I heard, no new casing for regular V2 but that info was 2 months ago.
    Could change but have not heard any indication of such.

    This is Matt from technical support, I have received your support case and will be further assisting you with any questions you may have regarding your product.

    I apologize for the delayed response.

    Here are the calculations for Single Ended and Balanced outputs for the Geek Out V2+ in "High" gain.

    Single Ended:

    32ohms: 0.125w --> 125mw

    50ohms: 0.08w --> 80mw

    300ohms: 0.013w --> 13mw

    Balanced:

    32 ohms: 0.5w --> 500mw

    50ohms: 0.32w --> 320mw

    300ohms: 0.053 --> 53mw

    Convinced LHLabs to send me a GOv2 Infinity and a GOv2+ standard instead of the Pulse Xfi that I've been waiting for 2 years for them to send from the Wave campaign. Have 3.5mm trrs connectors on the way from China as well. Will report back once all is on hand. Thanks Jexby for helping me decide.

    Fraggler already has one Pulse unit, and wanted something different instead of a second Pulse and/or the hassle of selling it.
    he's gotten something for his money before, but wanted to maximize the diversity of second rounds of shipping.

    Yep! I backed the original Wave campaign but when they rebooted it, I lost interest and convinced Gavin to give me another Pulse Xfi (I have one of the first 200 Xfi's already). Since it was technically a Wave campaign perk they hadn't shipped yet, I reached out to see what my options might be. Since I don't need a second Xfi, and the GOv2 line have gotten such positive vibes (and no one wants an Xfi on the secondary market!), I decided to swap. If I like them, great! If not, they seem like they will be easier to sell than the Pulse.

    Don't know if the lulz were the 2 years or the GOv2s but there you have it. I know LHLabs has gotten a lot of shizz the last couple years, but they have been good to me.

    IMO you made the right choice. It's frustratingly hard to move Xfi's right now. (Even Pulse X Infinities aren't moving that fast.) And the portables are really nice.

    Hi Guys - I finally sold my Chord Hugo and bought myself a Geek Out V2 [basic version] for 1/10 of the price of the Hugo.
    I am doing some testing, including using my Hynes Linear Power supply as the power source. Still need to build myself a balanced cable.
    Will report back in a few days….

    Can't believe how small and lightweight this thingy is.
    Looks like it has come out of somebodies bottom …. :eek:

    Sorry if I missed it but do I just use the standard .47 ohm headphone jack as a line out? and how do I set it up for 450mW? The infinity only has two colors for the lights for the output
