I'd be interested in being part of a tour, too, depending on details. I'm not going to write copious reviews, etc; I don't have the time, but doing comparisons would be fun. I enjoy that way more than reviewing in isolation. But I've got lots of experience with iems, though I've been off the wagon for a while.

@imackler great to hear! I dont believe participants would be required to produce lots of text. Some will write a lot, some wont. Its just good to get a lot of data points from different perspectives and for that even relatively short impressions work. Do you have a specific price or product segment that you're especially interested in?

I'll be greatly interested in a tour membership but I don't know if my being in Kanada might be a problem.

I would love to get in in on a tour, and NYC is close enough to other people to get something going.

I would guess that the issue might be taxes. The products we are talking about are relatively expensive, so sending them back and forth over a border might lead to prohibitively high taxes...

Fantastic! Any price-segment or product-segment you're especially interested in?

Price segement is a little loose, as long it isn't blisteringly pricey like Layla. I tend to be sympathetic to general direction of the ER-4 tuning much as I don't like using them. I'd be willing to try anything however.

I think the folks at Rhapsodio might be up for it.

I'd like to hear the Beyerdynamic / Astell & Kern AK T8iE as well.

Hi guys have been lurking around here for a few weeks and decided to take the plunge today. I have been looking for a reasonably priced neutral universal IEM recently and I was wondering if any of you have tried the PSB M4u 4?

Thanks to this thread, I've just ordered my second pair of IEMs - the Shure SE 535. Now don't flame me please. I really don't know what I am doing. I did buy the Dunu 2kj from @shotgunshane.

A by product of this purchase is that I should get some Shure tips for my HD 800. Ain't I clever ? :D
