    thank you so much.

    NOTES:
    1. I need at least 5 people in Canada and 5 people in the EU in order for #2 below to happen
    2. SBAF will pay to ship the DAC to and from Canada and to and from the EU, members must pay to ship it between each other once it gets there
    3. I’ve carefully added silver light dim stickers across all the LEDs. Do not remove them
    4. Please only ask to join the loaner if you might actually buy one. ie not just to hear a TOTL DAC

@rhythmdevils - Will an ATA Carnet be included? This is a customs document for items that are ultimately meant to go back to the owner. This is pretty standard for high value items traveling internationally for trade shows and simplifies tax issues.

I don't know anything about that, but I'll look into it if it will make it cheaper or easier for you. Is this for EU or Canada or both?

It should apply to most countries in the world. It's basically a merchandise passport so you don't have to do the same customs paperwork every time it crosses borders. I think most members here would appreciate it. Otherwise the process becomes paying 20% VAT up front and applying for reimbursement later. Not sure if people are interested in paying $200 (on top of shipping) for a loaner.

Main reason I know about this is because of some research I've done to try to make loaners easier for people in the EU. Schiit should probably know about it if they have sent anything to foreign countries and perhaps already have the document

Is it something I can get on my own not being the manufacturer? I’ll look into it regardless.

I think that might be possible although from what I've read it should ideally be done by the owner. There is an application fee but I think it's fair for SBAF to take care of that?

It looks like I can get one overnight and they last for a year. So I will apply for one when the US tour is close to finished. Hopefully it will work out :).

So please sign up assuming I will have one!

One other question, will the EU Yggdrasil be the same as the Canada one? If so will it come with a 115v to 220v transformer?

I would like to be on the loaner tour. I know that I am new here, but you can't blame me for trying - I just gotta know which Yggi boards to get! :S

@Kernel Kurtz and I live in the same city. Would make sense to keep us together to save on shipping. I bet @Armaegis would be willing to get in on the action as well while it's circulating.
