@ChaChaRealSmooth... I was packing these up to send to @Pancakes and went to listen to them again on my mogwai and noticed the SE cable is damaged (most of my listening was with the balanced cable). I didn't notice this when I first listened a week ago, but the SE cable is physically damaged and cuts out when moving/shifting the cable.

Plugged in and playing. However, left channel is...questionable. At first the left channel was going in/out. I cleaned the 1/4 tip (I'm using the XLR end) and it seemed to get better but not completely fixed. After a few minutes, it plays correctly. Maybe a driver that's borderline bad? Or just bad connections somewhere. Did anyone else on the loaner experience this? I plan on listening again in a few hours and will see how it goes, just wanted to mention this right off the bat.

 

Figured it out. The left cup connector is finicky and sometimes doesn't make good contact. It seems like it's the female inside the cup rather than the cable end. I'm fine listening to it this way since it's easy for me to be still - just giving everyone a heads-up.

Headphone received. @Pancakes

I know there's crinkling with the Headphone but i'm getting some nasties (bloated bass and static) coming across that I'm not getting with the Atrium or Bokeh on both amps. I'm not sure if it's the cable but I've tried both 6.3mm cables that were included. Going to put some more head time tomorrow and verify what I was hearing.

 

I was using the XLR cable exclusively. See my notes above about the left channel cutting in and out. Perhaps that's effecting things? Twist the left cup connector left and right. I found a spot where it was ok.

6.3mm weren't working too well for me and the channel was cutting out. I had to use my Bokeh cable to make it work. FYI in case you have another cable to get it to work.

 

Loaner arrived today, double-boxed and well protected.
