    The Holo Spring arrived here safely. There is a small hole punched in the box but it doesn't appear to have affected the unit. There is nothing in the box other than the dac itself (no cables):

    Let's ship out with $1K insurance, with SBAF covering the rest. Direct signature required.

    If we feel we need to adjust the amount later, we can come back to it in subsequent shipments.

    From what I understand, we have enough in the insurance fund now to keep the contributions to a minimum. When it's a low value item, we may ask for normal $5-10 contribution. For this though, you guys can do partial insurance with the carrier and optionally, send a $1 or $2 into the insurance fund. Typically I like to keep things consistent, predictable and clearly defined, but I'm following the lead here and we're using our discretion for each context.

    TNT and Holo are harbringer of an early sping in Munting Casa (tiny house)! And the SFD-1 also coming in helps to keep the room warm. My power bill will go through the roof, though.
