    No problem. I’ve been down in the Bay since you said these were coming my way, so my wife would have been hanging on to them until I got home. I loved listening to your Utopia throughout the whole weekend.

    Way off base… but Eutopia would have been a better name for the Utopia. Utopia is a perfect place that could never exist, but is fantasy. Eutopia is a concept similar to utopia that could actually exist in reality… Waiting for Focal to release the Gen 3 Utopia as Eutopia.

    Loaner safely received from @ChaChaRealSmooth today. Haven’t listen to them yet. This JAR600 v1 looks like the same era HD600 as my JAR600 v1. My JAR is an earlier version and you can tell that @ext1 has really refined his process over time. All of his headphone mods are top notch, but the newer versions have more range of motion in cup swivel than mine. Even though these both look identical, I think mine has more damping, especially near where the headband pivots at the cup.

    What is the policy on removing the covers on this V1 loaner? I haven’t attempted to remove them and want to ask first. My JAR600 has the same versions of covers and I like mine with the covers off more.

    i live in a hilly neighborhood that is not plowed. we are under a Winter Weather Advisory that is predicting the white stuff coming down (unfortunately, not blow, or hookers.)
    public transit has given up on serving my neighborhood, it is unclear if i can safely travel to the shipping office anytime soon.
    (we did forage for supplies yesterday, with little difficulty. and there is a BIG bottle of Four Roses in the house.)
    i may be delayed getting these out the door. please forgive the inconvenience .
