    Have him sign up here since most admins/mod aren't on HF. I don't think this is too much to ask.

    It's not reasonable to ask the people who are managing and liable for the loaners to go outside the confines of SuperBAF to do their jobs. I don't ask HFers if I can be inserted into their loaner tours.

    I think we can all vouch for him, but it's a matter of logistics, rules with how we ship, how we contact each other, etc. I also wanted to make clear that the loaner programs here are a privilege offered to SuperBAF Friends, Contributors, and sometimes members. The last thing I want is setting up a bad precedent where folks start saying "Hey, my awesome buddy from HF, who we can all trust, wants in the loaner. Can we sneak him on the list?"

    Our answer to these folks should be "Sign up on SuperBAF, introduce yourself (or I will publicly introduce you), and I will send a note to admins and vouch for you". Not "I have a buddy from HF that want's in on the loaner." The folks who help run this site are busy enough, please make life easier on us.

    Maybe a help to folks hoping to get in, I need to drop from the loaner if it won't screw with logistics too much. I'm really focusing all my time on my speaker rig right now, and probably more importantly, I've got a wicked cold right now that has my hearing all messed up (just in time for Yggdrasil to get here!). Super appreciative to be included, though!

    If the other guys don't mind, we can maybe stick @BMF Flyer in your spot or right after you if you still want in. This keeps the HP-1 roughly in the same travel path as before.

    I'll be picking up the HP-1 from the local FedEx on Wed. Baby Jesus Day is this weekend, I'm working straight through next Monday, and I have numerous family commitments after work, including a 9 and 6 year old. Excuse me if I keep it a couple of days longer than 5 days.

    No trouble at all. Thanks, everyone.

    I wish I had the QRV-08 I gave away to compare head to head with Neurochrome HP-1. I'm building another QRV-08 but no way will it be finished in time. I have several other amps I either built, bought, or was given for comparison: CEntrance Dacmini, Bijou, CK2III, EHHA Rev A, Stacker, SinglePower, OPPO HA-1, a few more...if anyone is interested let me know. I can also do some DIY measurements with a calibrated Dayton mic , Steinberg interface, and ARTA.

    ARTA was a real bitch-kitty for me to learn how to use. @Hands was helpful. I put together a basic tutorial I've sent out to a lot of guys and @solderdude4 put it up on his diyheaven page. If anyone one wants it, can get it off Frans' site or send me a PM and I'll add you to the googledrive file.
