    Some tips:

    1. Don't make customers read 5 paragraphs before talking about the product. I've sold a lot of crap in my life and never once was it because users had to read through a bunch of periphery information.
    2. Be clear what the hell it is. Is this an IEM? I assume so but nowhere does it mention explicitly WTF you're selling. Edit: I must have missed where it said it was an IEM. That might be a problem with my reading comprehension or I might have been overwhelmed by the sheer volume of text and missed that important detail.
    3. Consider cutting down on the random overblown prose. That doesn't really appeal to the users here. If anything, it's a big turn off to most of the community.

How the OP managed numbers 1 and 2 simultaneously is amazing. As for number 3, ouch :p

I've been to their site before, I think, trawling through stuff. Basically they're taking choice out of the hobby and choosing gear for people too busy to bother with such things.

Calling it bespoke is a bit of a stretch, I can name several haberdasheries, cobblers, and pen-turners who'd take exception to their calling themselves that without actually making anything from scratch, but eh, it's marketing. I can see the appeal of it, kinda like a personal shopper? But not a good fit for most of the people here, perhaps.

As for the Erlkonig, grandiose name aside I wasn't aware cramming a baker's dozen drivers per ear was still fashionable. Curious how a solid silver body might affect sound and how the IEMs can flip between four different sound profiles— built-in DSP or analogue filters? €4200 means that this is very much rich person territory, though I'd be curious to get ears on this.

Yeah, I had incorrectly assumed that product announcements forum was cool for press releases but on reflection it does appear not.

I do say in the first paragraph "world’s finest universal in-ear monitor."

The 4 signatures are all in the analogue domain and the silver makes for very detailed treble. I have requested this thread be deleted. I shall try and revisit this a slightly different way. Hehe

I’m not sure that this is your target market.

We can certainly be ‘uncompromising’, but probably in an different sense to what you are referring to.

Just put the post back up with revisions if you think necessary. Don't be too thin skinned. Take the criticisms as constructive or "challenge" in the British sense. SBAF is a US based site. Americans tend to be much more direct (I'm very aware of this because I've managed to piss off my colleagues in the UK with my directness), and SBAF even more so than most Americans. Write in a succinct way without fluff. I'm actually curious about the product.

The price is probably out of the ballpark for most members here, but I'm sure one or two may be interested. And many more SBAF lurkers and readers.

Send one to @james444, an important IEM specialist / contributor on SBAF / HF who resides in the EU. That's probably the best way to make inroads here. @MuppetFace in the US for high-end products in general. And @Kunlun and @shotgunshane (they have different preferences) for the IEM specialists in the US, and @La Cenric as our local measurement guy.

I would have said if I didn't want this here. Was just trying to be helpful to give guidelines on communicating in a way that people will be receptive to :)

I had the chance to audition the Erlkoenig (Or VE13) some time ago. Big heavy housing and shiny cable, sonic-wise it was like a more refined VE8 to me: warm, high coherency with a larger soundstage. Also had my iPhone - Dayton iMM6 - vinyl tube measurbator-wannabe-rig on them, and played around with the switches. Here's my dirty data with Andro as comparison (please take it with a grain of salt):
