This is Daft being completely unfazed by the 90+db of poorly mastered music pumping out of the speaker next to her as she dutifully absorbs those troublesome first desk reflections. Punk would be manning the right speaker, but alas, she went with my old roommate after the split.

One cat was "Daft" and the other cat was "Punk." The story behind the band name "Daft Punk" is already memorable.

Your story involves cats. Someone must have been into music and cats, a lot.

Always had cats and dogs growing up, but now have two Scottish Terriers. They and cats don't quite get along. Very intelligent animals though. These two lucky dogs have access to one of the world's most scenic dog walking parks.

This is my pitbull Maizey and this is all she does honestly one of the friendliest dogs ever. Got her from a pound and since she was older felt she needed to be rescued.

I've been doing photography since 1969 so I suppose part of it is just practice. That said, the picture of Trixie was taken with a seriously wonderful Nikon lens (85mm f1.4) while the Piper picture was taken with another classic Nikon; Nikon 135mm f2. If you can do your part, these lenses will always deliver. At some investment, of course . Yet another black hole that sucks in available cash.

I unfortunately suffer from a number of incurable such diseases; aviation, photography, and audio. I think they may all be incurable.

yes those are really beautiful pictures. I do not have any experience with photography other than point and shoot with whatever is available, in my case a 10 year old 5mp kodak.

Buying a DSLR was the best thing I've done this year. If you like taking photos and can fit it in a budget then it's a great hobby.

    I'm in love with Nutmeg:

Here is her fat brother Freddie (Mercury):

    They're both 8 months old but he's huge! She's 6.5-7 lbs and he's a hefty 14 lbs.

We wanted to name them Boris and Natasha but the kid was having none of that.

Here they are after a longgggg day of playing:

Oh, and for you non-cat lovers, here is their slightly retarded sister Ruby:
