I knew this was going to happen.

Custom loop. Only way to go. Move res and pump outside of case.

    Nice build.

RE: Corsair liquid: Why not change the fans? You can find higher static pressure and lower dB fans. Can't remember what I replaced mine with at the moment but they're much quieter.

He'd ask me for some slipstreams or Noctuas if it was fan noise.

He's right, the pump is noisy.

Yah pump sucks which is the reason why custom loop is better since you can tone down the speed of the pump. Actually with with what you have you could just use a noctua.

If you want super quiet this one is pretty sweet: http://www.silentpcreview.com/Noctua_NH-U14S

Ordered all the rest of my parts tonight. Should be building next weekend. Even though I know the NH-D15 is massive, I think it will still shock me in person.

NH-D15 should be one of the only options. It's a great cooler with great fans.

Got it all set up tonight and all working more or less. Forgot how old my PSU was and that it only has 8 SATA power connectors along with 8 4 pin Molex (old style) and I have 10 SATA powered devices, so my front panel USB 3.1a/c and Bluray are not plugged in atm. Here's the final parts list, items with prices were purchased now, items without are all old, except the Sandisk SSD which was free with my motherboard.

I suggest moving that rear fan to the front and maybe adding one on the bottom next to the PSU.

There are already 2 fans in front of the hard drives that are pretty well hidden.

    8GBs of Ram
    250GB Crucial BX200 SSD
    250W HDPlex Pico "Hi-Fi" PSU
    NFC S4 Mini Case (I got #19)
It's pretty good for my use case. Plays the occasional game without breaking a sweat and it's QUIET. It's also takes up about 5 percent more space than a PS4.

Did a little modifications to my keyboard, and PC to make it look Matrix-Style. Hope you think it looks cool.

Built mine a few years ago. Now thinking of possibly replacing it with an iMac though the extreme pricing on RAM and SSD upgrades gives me pause.
