Good Question. If I'm going for the slim look then it's the Carhartt Sid Pant, better for warmer climes. Or for a looser deconstructed look (more old school) then it's their double-knee work-ware...

Recently got into the Sneaker game. Got a few UB and NMD but just snagged some Yeezy Triple White on the last drop.

Anyone get in on the off-white air Max 97 draw yesterday? I checked 20 minutes in and the draw was closed.

Entered the lotto, woke up early and refreshed as the orders opened up. Still didn't get it.

Copped these yesterday when I was down in Irvine. Store had them not too much above stockx so I thought I would give it a try. They ended up saying in store was more than their online prices so I had to spend a bit more than I was planning.

That is a stupid way to treat your local customer. They should have honored the online price.

I got a lot of options here in LA. I specifically went to them since they were priced competitive. They at first were going to match it but then decided not to and had a big list of excuses which left a little bit of bad taste in my mouth.

I've failed on the last two draws I've entered. I'm trying my luck again on the blue Jordan X's next week.
Well, it's cheaper than doing the National Lottery

My current work kicks are a pair of made in the USA Thorogood boots with safety toe. Time in the workplace: 12 months
    IMG_1452.jpg

Next up haling from the Netherlands with Vibram sole... Dunlop Purofort Explorer Thermal +. The monster truck of safety toe rubber boots in the Oil and Gas industry (sorry Muck boot, you can't hang with these). Yes it is made by the same Dunlop that makes the tires.
    IMG_1453.jpg

Now retired and still going strong on the occasional weekend adventure are the RedWing, Goretex lined, insulated bad boy's, once again coming from the good ol' USA. Excellent boot that feels almost like a basketball shoe, extremely comfortable once broken in (5-6 days of daily wear). These were retired after 2 years of 300hr/month use. The insulation makes them too hot to wear in SoCal, but worked like a charm in Canaduh's Great White North.

Last but not least are a fave of mine, an Air MAX 95 crossbreed in urban camo (doen't show up well in the pic).

Stockx is doing reduced seller fees at 3.1% for Sneakers for the next 24 hours. Lower prices on nearly everything today. Some things like yeezy at or below retail.

Nice. I had a pair of Bates that were similar. The "RAT" IIRC correctly. Durable, light weight and flexible; made for a quick, over-the-ankle hiker.

Digging these Vans now, the Sk8 mids. Better than regular Chuck Taylors and a bit more expensive. They have one problem in common though. The outer sole is glued on and will either fall off or wear out until you get holes. The fabrics and stitching are better than expected I must say.

I've become somewhat of a sneakerhead over the past six months. I've always been a Nike guy. But the appeal of Ultraboost finally got the best of me and I caved and bought my first pair on ebay. I was hooked. The comfort and style are unlike anything else that I've owned. Plus I can wear them for work which help when I justify the purchase.

And then today...I did something stupid. Which is surprisingly easy for me. I bought a pair of Yeezy's on fleabay. I have no idea if they are real or if the price was even fair. Complete impulse buy, aided by the fact that I'd had a few beer (and a shot of tequilla if I'm being honest) because I was celebrating breaking 80 on the golf course for the first time today.

Any body care to take a look at these and tell me if I got rogered?

Love Ultraboosts, got 4 pairs and looking at getting a Ultraboost 19 next.

Yeezy and Jordans are the most faked shoes ever now. That being said, Yeezy are mass produced now so it is iffy and depends on which Yeezy you got. If it is some of the more common ones like the creams or statics I don't doubt they are legit. If it was some of the more expensive ones like the black red or beluga for cheap that is suspect.

Quite a few guides and videos on spotting fake Yeezy so I wouldn't sweat it truthfully.

IMG_3568-1-min.jpg Been rocking air max 90 betrues. Dumped one pair of gold sneaks out of guilt but kept my metallic gold air max 95s and air max 97s.

    Altra Vali

The most comfortable daily shoe I've worn. Wide footbed. Zero drop. Breathable upper. I bought 2 when they were on sale

They feel just like the Altra running shoes which was the biggest appeal to me

I got a bit of a wide foot so finding shoes is little tricky. I traditionally wear a 10.5 and try that out when I try some shoes. Ultraboosts come in so many different styles that I got two in 10.5 but some newer ones with thicker uppers, I had to go half size up to 11. Yeezy every time it is recommended to go half size up, even YeezySupply recommends it.

Jordan 1 I tried a few different styles with faux leather to real leather. Real leather ones I seem to do fine with true to size, few faux leather I would need to go half size up or down. It was like rolling the dice to get comfortable fit.

Got some Nite Joggers some months back, tried them in store at 10.5 but after breaking them in, probably should have gone for a 10. 10.5 I have lots of space everywhere on them.

Shoe sizes are a little bit of a pain.
