If all chip in a bit and add a bit from SBAF funds, we can maybe get a hotel conf room. $1000 should do it.

    Last minute meet. Why not.

I'll leave this up to everyone else. That being said, I'll be more restricted to what I can contribute if it's not at my place. I'm okay with either.

    Yes

might recommend keeping the mini meet at @ChaChaRealSmooth place, but give him the $1000 for some throw down futons (if needed) instead of a hotel chain.

Wow, great to see more people able to join! I am fine with any location and willing to chip in if we need more space. If we stay with @ChaChaRealSmooth's place, I just want to make sure he is comfortable with the numbers we are at.

And no need to recall the Verite closed loaner, I have one in hand. I'll bring every ZMF dynamic except for Eikon.

As of right now, the house will be pretty full, but I don't think it'll be claustrophobic. It's the first time I'll be hosting something like this (only ever been to Canjam-u at Marv's), so this will be a learning experience for me. We should be able to assemble 10 full rigs (which I think is plenty), with more if we're great at cable management and gear tetris.

Probably cut it off when the RSVP reaches 15 (1 more person).

Unfortunately I must withdraw my RSVP. Something came up this weekend which is a bummer as this is shaping up to be a pretty great sbaf meet.

Do we have a list of hardware everyone is bringing? Might help if people don't want to overlap.

Maybe we should make a google doc with a list of sources, amps, headphones, etc? Just to take inventory of what's there.

Could also structure the doc per-person if that'd be easier to read, but I certainly don't mind if my gear gets parsed out with a bunch of different chains during the meet.

I'm working at RAD tonight - I'll see if they'll give me a RAD-0 to bring to the meet.

Also grabbed some $$$$ power cables from work because I'm a skeptic and would love to hear some impressions about them.

Crap. I just got a call and something came up at work this weekend.

I can lend out the SR1a / Jot R for anyone who wants to grab for from me.

@netforce confirmed that he's bringing both, so all is good. The jury's still out on if the LCD-1 will make an appearance.

    POSSIBLE SETUPS:

@ChaChaRealSmooth is hosting and will have a complete chain.

@insidious meme has a complete chain.

    @fp627 has a complete chain.

@netforce could potentially have a couple of chains from all that he's bringing, one dedicated to the RAAL SR-1A.

@I_want_all_the_tacos has a complete chain, although could maybe hookup Bill's EC Af for a killer ZMF rig.

@Clemmaster has a complete chain (and plans to split DAC signal to others).

@tommytakis has an almost complete chain, minus playback source (another or split signal can be supplied).

@E_Schaaf has an almost complete chain, minus playback source (another or split signal can be supplied).

@abisai2 has an almost complete chain, minus playback source (another or split signal can be supplied).

I'll go ahead and skip bringing the Vidar since I have the Jot R for the Raal. Hurt my neck a little today so didn't want to put too much strain tonight packing up stuff for tomorrow.

Cleaned out my car trunk. Add Stellaris (3/4 stock tubes, RCA 5U4G). Soekris 1421, no Yggdrasil.

I'm bringing a laptop, a Metrum Ambre and Jade.

The Ambre can feed up to 3 DACs (I2S to Jade, AES and S/PDIF to other DACs).
I can bring the Liquid Platinum, too.
