You might think thats not an exceptional deal for a used Nighthawk, but wait there’s more! Comes with two paint chips on bottom of cups (see photos). Some say you can cover up with matched nail polish but it doesnt bother me.

Also includes original soft packaging, stock microsuede pads, stock HYBRID pads, and stock short but thick cable. These headphones have been modded. Basically loaded cups and driver baffle with damplifier pro then removed 1/6 driver baffle vent filters for pressure relief (reversible). See Nighthawk thread for impressions and measurements. See my other Nighthawk classified for a cheaper set if interested. The hybrid pads are worth it though and the headband padding here is a tiny bit nicer.

Ive cleaned the cups to remove stock funk (see impressions thread for history on strange Nighthawk smell). Scrubbed with commerical anti-mold chemical, then soaked in vinegar for 48hours, then washed with water+borax then air dried. Odor free not guaranteed, sorry.

These sound good from iphone dongle, too warm from Vali2 and ModiMB. I dont need a portable though because prefer to use Koss Porta Pro or Samsung Galaxy Buds Live. Also want to stock up funds for a Lokius and TH900 eventually.
