The actor, Jody Foster, said something amusing about millennials recently in an article published in VARIETY:

"“They’re really annoying, especially in the workplace,” Foster told the publication. “They’re like, ‘Nah, I’m not feeling it today, I’m gonna come in at 10:30 a.m.’ Or, like, in emails, I’ll tell them this is all grammatically incorrect, did you not check your spelling? And they’re like, ‘Why would I do that, isn’t that kind of limiting?’”"​

It was apparently intended as an affectionate sendup: she works often and well with millennials and is known for mentoring younger actors and reaching out to them in various ways. It's also clear that she has real understanding of being young in Hollywood. She was a notable success as a child actor, then became a notable success as an adult.
